My computer blew up that is why I do not post so often. no computer, and actually as much as I have to touch them at work...I don't miss it. | | |
| I can not believe that in 9 days Eowyn will be 6 months old. It seems
like just yesterday I could fit her in the palms of my hands at only
just over 2 lbs. In that time she has grown so much and changed so much
it is insane. Some say time flies when you become a parent, but that
only happens if you stop living in the moment. Every night when I come
home and I take her into my arms it amazes me how different she can
seem in just one day. Two days ago she rolled over for the first time.
That is just insane when just 6 months ago it was up in the air weather
or not she would make it. She laughed out loud that day to. A good deep
belly laugh that was cute. She is such a good baby too. She has a peace
about her that you can feel. She is truly a gift from God. I mean sure
she may through a fit occasionally, but nothing major ever. She has
this toy that was giving to her that is a teddy bear and a blanket and
she loves it so much. You try and take that from her and that is about
the only time she really fusses.
She always has just enough smiles to give one out to nearly ever person
she meets. She even smiles when Gus Gus comes up and licks her feet.
Being a Dad is weird at times. Still can't believe that one. Me a Dad.
Heck I can't get over the fact that I sleep next to a mom. I guess that
is not as bad as the fact that my Dad has to sleep with a Grandma now.
That is a scary thought. I wouldn't trade any of it for the world
though.
Also in my last post I talked about my Job interview. I decided it was
not for me and the Pastor came to the same conclusion. To say it like
the song once said I am a little bit rock and roll and they are died in
the wood country. Not for me and when I take a job it has to be just
right.
That is most of my life right now I will try to post some pictures of
Wyn soon on here. She looks so different from the last ones. Poor thing
looks a lot like me, but somehow she makes that cute. | | |
| back from my long silience and once again ready to post. I have been a little bit away from the computer as of late and I guess it just never accured to me to post.
Life is pretty good right now. I work a ton right now which is cool and I have a job interview at a church coming up this weekend so that should be cool.
Casey has been away at my parents house because my Dad had yet to met Eowyn. Casey seems to be having a good time. The punk was lucky enough to get a tattoo and a touch ups while she was there. I wish I was that lucky. I guess it might help me find church jobs if I had less tattoos and piercings, but I always have the urge to get more. It is not like I have the money for them and I have to go to North Carolina for free ones.
Eowyn is doing well. She jabbers a lot now and smiles all the time which is fine with us. We were finally able to get some professional pictures with her awake and smilling. I was so happy.
I have missed her and Casey a lot more then I would have thought. I mean i have been away for ten days before and it was nothing, but I guess after you nearly lose someone you think diffrently. It is crazy when I look back at the past year. I feel very blessed.
Well i think that is about it so hopefully more soon.

| Do not read on unless you want to know what happens in the superman movie. I have two complaints and I am going to be a complete comic book dork for a second but I am okay with that. Please do not read if you do not want me to ruin the movie.
The first is that if super man is in a hospitial bed recovering from injury because he has sustained that much damage why the heck would you keep the shades drawn. It is public knowledge that he gets his power from Earths yellow sun so just open a freaking window.
Second. As a wise man once said superman can't bang normal chicks it would be like a shot gun going through thier back. The only way he could bang regular chicks is with a Kriptonite Condum, bit that would kill him.
Just thought I would say that.
